Below is our company returns policy. However, we wish to help our trade customers in every way we can. If you wish to make a return, please get in touch and discuss it with us first. We'll do our best to offer you the best solution possible.

Our Returns Policy

We think you'll love your new purchase! However, if for some reason you wish to return a product, we will gladly accept it within the terms set out below.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the items are unwashed, unused and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on Pillows & Duvets. Please be aware that our returns service does not extend outside of the EU or UK. Returns within 30 days (for reasons other than a manufacturing defect) will be arranged using the original payment method. All shipping costs, including the original shipping fee (which we may have covered initially depending on the purchase amount), will be at the buyer's expense. In the unlikely circumstance that your product has arrived in a damaged or faulty state, please let us know the exact details. We will then arrange your return (refund or exchange) and we will refund all postage/shipping costs to the original payment method.

Please note that we are not responsible for returned goods until they have been received at our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you arrange a tracking number for your parcel. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned items. For returns, we aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned item and administering a quality check. Once your refund is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for it to clear with your original payment provider.
